Digital products
Our plugins are digital downloads. You get the files and a license key right after payment, so a purchase cannot be returned like a physical item. We still want you to be happy with what you bought, so we offer the refund below.
14-day refund
If a plugin does not work as described on its product page and we cannot fix the problem, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Send us your order number and a short description of the problem on WhatsApp (+971 55 451 5569). We usually reply within two working days.
What happens after a refund
- The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
- The license key from that order is revoked, so the plugin stops receiving updates and its licensed features turn off.
- Please remove the plugin from your websites.
When we cannot refund
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- A change of mind after the plugin has been used on a live website, when the plugin works as described.
- Problems caused by another plugin or theme that we have told you how to work around.
Free products
Free plugins such as Ston Currency Switcher have nothing to refund.
