What you buy
When you buy a Ston plugin you get the plugin files, a license key, updates and support. The plugin code is released under the GNU General Public License (GPL v2 or later). The license key is what activates licensed features, updates and support on your sites.
Plans and number of sites
- Personal: 1 website.
- Agency: up to 5 websites.
- Studio: unlimited websites.
Development and staging copies (for example localhost, *.local, *.test or a staging subdomain) do not count toward the limit.
Moving a license to another site
Go to My account → Licenses and click “Free this site” next to the old website, then enter the key on the new one. You can also deactivate the license from the plugin’s License screen.
Updates and support
A valid license gives you plugin updates and support by WhatsApp (+971 55 451 5569). Support covers help with setting up and using the plugin and fixing bugs. It does not cover building custom designs or features.
What is not allowed
- Sharing or reselling your license key.
- Using one key on more sites than your plan allows.
- Trying to get around the license check.
If a key is misused we may disable it. If that happens by mistake, contact us and we will sort it out.
Refunds
See our Refund Policy. A refunded order’s license key is revoked.
Liability
We test our plugins carefully, but we cannot promise they will work with every theme, plugin or server setup. Always keep a backup of your website. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin.
